Prajnova is the continuous health intelligence company. We’re building the layer that unifies every signal a person generates — wearables, fitness apps, labs, medical records, medications, nutrition, and what they log themselves — into one continuous timeline, then turns that timeline into personalized, proactive, and predictive insights. Built for individuals today, the same layer is opening to the clinicians and organizations who care for them — including providers, employers, and digital-health platforms.
At its center is Nova, an AI that reads a person’s full record the way a thoughtful clinician would — in context, across time, and grounded in their specific history. Specialty health agents (coming soon) run continuously in the background, surfacing what’s changed and what to do next; Provider View brings the same picture to authorised clinical teams. The whole platform is built on health sovereignty: the person owns their data, decides who sees it, and can take it with them — on encrypted, privacy-first infrastructure.

Prashanth Jonnalagadda
Founder & CEO
Prashanth founded Prajnova in 2026 after years of watching his own health data fragment across wearables, lab portals, health systems and specialist visits — never connected, hardly useful when it mattered. With 25 years of engineering leadership across Habu (Founding Head of Engineering, acquired by LiveRamp), Krux (Sr Director, acquired by Salesforce), and Yahoo, he's spent a career building large-scale systems that make sense of fragmented data.
He brings deep fluency in AI/ML, privacy-preserving systems, and data unification at scale — sharpened by Wharton's executive program and AI in healthcare specialization at Stanford. Prajnova is where that experience finally meets a mission worthy of it.

Dr. Jim Buchanan
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Buchanan brings 30+ years of drug-safety and clinical-development leadership across the biotech companies that shaped modern medicine — Genentech, Gilead Sciences, Tularik (where he served as Chief Safety Officer through the Amgen acquisition), Nuvelo, and BioSoteria. Trained as a Doctor of Pharmacy at UCSF and grounded early in clinical toxicology at San Francisco General’s Bay Area Regional Poison Control Center, he’s spent a career turning ambiguous safety signals into decisions that protect patients.
Today he is president of Covilance, an independent drug-safety consultancy, and co-leads the Interactive Safety Graphics Task Force within the American Statistical Association’s Biopharmaceutical Safety Working Group — an open-source effort building the next generation of tools for identifying and evaluating safety signals during drug development. As Prajnova’s Clinical Advisor, Dr. Buchanan keeps our work grounded in the clinical rigor that turns continuous health data into safe, actionable care.
